Are HTS codes the latest available in the US ITC website?
Yes, we load all codes, and versions, as they are released.
Can’t I just search for codes in the US ITC website or some other tool?
Yes, but we run all codes through a natural language processing (NLP) engine and add additional indexing to provide the most relevant results. Also, code search is only a small part and used more as a tool in the overall end-to-end workflow provided by our software.
How long do you retain the data for? What happens if we get audited?
We retain all data a minimum of 10 years and can help with building reports or exports of data based on audit needs. Our goal is to integrate additional self-service tools to facilitate compliance into the application based on request frequency from customers and priority.
